LIONESS LION “THE EXPERIENCE” DATING DBA LIONESS LION LOVE CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY
Lioness Lion “The Experience” Dating DBA Lioness Lion Love cancellation and refund policy for a “Service” subscriber. As a courtesy to our subscribers, we will gladly hear all requests for cancellations and refunds based on the terms, conditions, and policies stated below.
For purposes of this Cancellation and Refund Policy, “Site” refers to the Company’s website, which can be accessed at lionesslionlove.com or through any of our future mobile applications.
“Service” refers to the Company’s services accessed via the Site, in which users subscribe to dating services including but not limited to matchmaking, virtual dates, in-person dates, and Lioness Lion Love events.
The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the Company.
“You” refers to you, as a user of our Site or our Service.
1. CANCELLATION REQUEST
Users may request cancellation of “Service” at any time during an active subscription. Cancellation requests must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org or by sending a message from any Contact Us spaces on the Site. Cancellation requests must include:
A. date cancellation is being requested.
B. name (First and Last).
C. reason for cancellation.
D. users best reached contact information if different than one on file.
2. CANCELLATION REQUEST NOTIFICATION
Users will receive an email notification confirming receipt of the cancellation request within 48 hours if submitted per the instructions listed in section 1 of this policy.
Users will receive an email notification once the subscription has been canceled with a notification that the user no longer has access to the “Site” or “Services” based on the users’ requested subscription cancellation or expired subscription.

The refund request may be considered during a “Courtesy Cancellation Period” contact us at email@example.com for more information. Cancellation of a subscription is not considered a refund request.
Lioness Lion Love “Services” are not auto-pay, no auto-renewal options. Upon the expiration or cancellation of a subscription the user will not have access to the Site or “Services”. A new subscription is necessary to regain user access to the Site and “Services” after any cancellation or expired subscription.
6. THIRD-PARTY/NON-AFFILIATED REFUND REQUEST
We are not able to offer any refunds of any kind for purchases through Third-party or non-affiliated in-app subscriptions.
